Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Curevive Referral Program incentivizes existing Curevive users to refer new participants to the platform. Participants in this program agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which govern the program's use and rewards.

2. Eligibility

Participants:

• Must be registered users of Curevive’s platform.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in a jurisdiction where participation in such programs is not prohibited by law.

Referred Individuals:

• Must not have an existing Curevive account.
• Must sign up using the unique referral link or code shared by the referrer.
• Must meet all eligibility criteria specified by Curevive.

3. How the Program Works

Referral Process:

• Participants can share their unique referral link or code with friends, family, or acquaintances.
• The referred individual must complete the sign-up process, including email or phone number verification, as applicable.
• Referral links or codes may have expiration dates and are subject to deactivation at Curevive’s discretion.

Referral Validation:

• Referrals are deemed successful only when the referred individual meets all program conditions, including completing the sign-up and eligibility validation process.

Referral Limits:

• Curevive may impose a cap on the number of referrals or rewards per participant.

4. Rewards

Reward Distribution:

• Rewards may include, but are not limited to, access to exclusive content, consultations, personalized treatment plans, discounts on services/products, or other offerings.
• Rewards are credited to the referrer’s account within a specified time after the successful completion of the referred individual’s sign-up and eligibility validation.

Reward Flexibility:

• Curevive reserves the right to modify the reward type, including changing it to a percentage discount or substituting it with another reward, at its sole discretion.
• Changes to the reward system will be communicated to participants via email or platform notifications.

Conditions for Reward Redemption:

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.
• Specific details regarding how to claim and redeem rewards will be communicated directly to eligible participants.

Changes to Rewards:

• Curevive reserves the right to change, replace, or remove any reward at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not retroactively affect rewards already earned.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Use fraudulent methods, such as creating fake accounts or using bots, to generate referrals.
• Engage in spamming or share referral links on platforms where such actions violate the terms of service.
• Use unauthorized advertising channels, including but not limited to paid search advertisements, misleading content, or deceptive practices.
• Exploit any technical glitches or program vulnerabilities for personal gain.

6. Disqualification

• Violation of Terms: Breach of any terms outlined in this agreement.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during the referral process.
• Abuse of the Program: Engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior, as determined at Curevive’s sole discretion.
• Non-Compliance: Failing to adhere to the laws and regulations of applicable jurisdictions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection:

• Personal data collected as part of the referral program will be used solely for program administration and reward processing.
• Referred individuals’ information will be handled in compliance with Curevive’s Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing:

• Referral data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law or to facilitate reward distribution.

8. Intellectual Property

• Referral links, codes, and related program materials are the intellectual property of Curevive.
• Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the referral links solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

9. Liability

Limitations:

• Curevive is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures that prevent participants from completing referrals or redeeming rewards.
• Curevive is not liable for any unauthorized access or tampering with accounts linked to the referral program.

Indemnification:

• Participants agree to indemnify and hold Curevive harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the referral program.

10. Modification and Termination

• Curevive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Changes will be communicated through the platform or via email and will take immediate effect unless stated otherwise.
• Participants may opt out of the referral program by contacting Curevive’s support team at curevive.in@gmail.com.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Goa. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Participants must first contact Curevive’s support team at curevive.in@gmail.com to seek resolution.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration as per the governing law.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Curevive and the participants concerning the referral program.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
